Hi all,

Just need some advice, Im wanting to lay granite paving as part of my garden redesign.

My question really is, do i lay it like other stone slabs?

My idea is to put down a bed of crush and run, about 6inch thick and well compacted, on this i will lay the granite flags directly onto 10:1 moist sharp sand to cement.

Not sure about the pointing? would i use mortar or brush in 3:1 sharp sand to cement?

Also what width pointing gaps should i leave?

The stuff im going to use is this

Thanks

Andy
