ink stain removal

Help! My daughter left a roller ball ink pen open on a brand new quilt. She then tried to clean it and spread it out all over the place. I've tried Carbona and alcohol but neither work. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Hi have you tryed dabbing milk on the item as milk removes most ink
