Please can someone help. The problems I am having may be all related. Firstly, when i turn my cold water tap...nothing comes out until i have wriggled it about a bit and turned it off and on....then all of a sudden the water starts coming out. Secondly, after flushing the toilet, i get a whining sound..which goes off if i turn the tap on the sink.It lasts for about 10 seconds. Finally, if i turn the hot tap on...the shower over the bath starts dripping from the shower head. Can anyone offer advice?

1,Have a look at your tap washer,maybe sticking
2,Toilet noise could be high water pressure,turn down stopcock valve or ballvalve in cistern need taken apart & clean or adjust the stabiliser bolt on the side.
