Check the rating of the oven. It may just be possible that it can be run from a standard 13A socket. If not you need a dedicated separate circuit, not a spur from an existing circuit. Which means you'll need to have the capacity, both physically and electrically, to add this circuit.
There are so many things to consider that it is impossible to quote for this kind of work without seeing it. As Crafty says, get some quotes.
