Hi,

I have 2 bathrooms next to each other and need to fit extractor fans in both and, as I only want the one hole in the outside wall, want to extract through the ceiling of both rooms.

Should I look at two extractor fans and linked ducting, or could one fan do the job ?

Does anyone have any suggestions/tips on the best approach ?

All you need to buy is a "direct in line" extraction fan, which will go in the loft space linked together with a "Y" connection leading to the extraction vent outside :)

Ask your local dealer about the best wattage to ensure the best extraction for both bathrooms

Is there a danger that the bathrooms extract partially into each other?

Is a valve req'd? Or does the shape of the Y Joint mean that the path of least resistance will be to the outside?
