Just moved into are new house and the rads need bleeding. But the screw heads on the bleed screws have had it, the rads are ok for the time being. Does anybody no were to get hold of new screws. All the plumb centres around here ain't got a clue.

Any information in this matter would be great.

Best place is to find some rads being thrown away and steal the screws.
If the heads are damaged then it make me wonder how you are going to get them out to replace them?
If they are the type which are in a 1/2" plug then they are available from any good plumbers merchant.
