No Earth Connection

I've scoured all the posts and there are lots dealing with this topic but not my particular problem!
I've just replaced a metal three gang switch (2 one way and 1 two way)with a plastic one. The old switch was earthed to the switch itself. The new, plastic switch doesn't have an earth connection on the switch and there is no earth connection in the mounting box (which is plastic).
Do I need to connect the earth wires? If so, what to?

Connect the sleeved earth wires together in a chock block. Please do not cut them back.
