hygena 60cm cooker hood motor

Can any one help me please

I have had a hygena 60 cm hood installed. when the motor is running to extract it is making a loud noise ?

Is this normal ? or should it be quite.

What can I do please

also the lights (40w) will only work one side

please help me thank you

all cooker hoods are noisy. There is no getting away from that im afraid.

Try changing a bulb.
