UPSTAIRS RADS HOT DOWNSTAIRS COLD. WASHED OUT DOWN STAIR RADS OUT, BLEED ALL RADS, CHANGED PUMP, STILL NO HEAT DOWN STAIRS.CAN ANYBODY HELP:

BLEED PUMP,BLEED SYSTEM,BLEED BLOOD BUT STILL NO HEATING. NOW TRYING TO TURN ON EACH RAD ONE BY ONE TO SEE HOW MANY WILL GET WARM.

Turn upstairs off and see if downstairs warm up. If they do then balance the system.

How old is your pump? Sounds like it may be due a replacement. I'd get BG to do and charge U for a powerflush too......... That's sarcasm.

came across a ploblem like this recently and thought must be the pump and it turned out to be the mid postion valve only opening slightly.. not always the pump but always the pump first thing to check !!
