hi, my dryer stopped working recently. it goes through the drying time but the clothes come out steaming and still wet. now for the past few days the washing machine has been making a funny clanking noise. then today there was a terrible smell of burning rubber coming from the machine, and when the clothes came out they were stinking. i took the back off the machine and the belt is still intact....what do i do?
