Could do with some guidance please. I am in the process of fitting a new mixer shower as our old one is very dated and broken. Having removed the old one it I am left with hot and cold pipes coming into the shower enclosure direct from the airing cupboard. Sorry to appear thick but do the dog connectors screw straight into the pipes or should I be attaching something to the pipes for the dog connectors to screw into??
