Leaking Kitchen Mixer

Hi
Not sure if you chaps can help but the Mrs knocked one of the taps today on the mixer.
Now it moves a little and leaks heavily.
Cold is ok.
Can this be repaired do you think?

Any help appreciated as I am not very au fait with plumbing.

i take it she knocked the hot tap head. if so what with a sledge hammer, just kiddin, or was it underneath the sink eg pipe work to compresion joint etc
