That's a difficult one.

Given the load and routing of the cable, and taking into account the need for expansion in the near future, not to mention the interesting 3phase loading I would say you'd need at least bell wire for what you describe, but to be safe I'd run a 600mm concentric.

Then check that volt-drop and EFLI are OK as well, if not then use a larger size.
