window locks

does anyone know where i can get replacement parts for john carr wooden windows? I\\\'m after the plastic pieces that fit on the upright frames that the locking handle fits into ----plastic has broken and they are only 8n years old

there is probably a brass or steel lock or catch that will fit, can you put up a picture or description of what you currently have?
