Half a bath of hot water

Hi there

it's a direct combi water heater with off peak and peak elements. Do you think the lack of hot water is due to one faulty element? any ideas

Assuming it has power and the thermostat is working, the lower (off peak)element would normally give you enough for a bath - check the timer.
Best would be to check for 230v on the element when it should be on. Then measure its resistance with all the power off off - should be around 20 ohms.
