I have just fitted a aco 32 rffi system boiler and when the three port valve is on hot water only the boiler makes a very load noise almost like a trumpet/vibrating sound, when you switch the heating on it seem\\\'s to stop happening . There appears to be no restriction to the flow or air in the boiler. Also when fitting the boiler i innitially connected a 240v switch live as apposed to no voltage but corrected this by fitting a high voltage to no voltage relay and am wondering if the 240v might have damaged part of the pcb

If you fed 230V to a connection designed for 24V you have very likely damaged the PCB.
