I an looking at putting a new kitchen sink into our old out house.It has concrete floor and block walls.
Do i first need planning permission to find out were the outside drainage is before i commence work
Please advise

Buolding Regs Approval - but I bet they can't be bovvered as long as you don't put foul waste down a rainwater drain. |
