Rad Problem

Been having problems getting all my rads hot l have bleed all rads now and its got better.
All my rads apart from 2 have thermostatic rad valves fitted, ive been told the balancing valves should be left open fully on all rads and the temprature controlled by the thermo valves, is this correct? only the last rad in the system struggles to get as hot as the others, any advice gratefully recieved.

NO! They still need balancing - see FAQ section. It is less critical with TRV's because they all get there in the end, but some rads would be slow like yours. For a start try closing all the lockshields on rads nearest the pump to just one turn open.
