What is the most effective way to remove blisters after the wallpaper has dried? |

You can try and inject adhesive into the blisters and use a seam roller to smooth 'em down. Else make a small incision with a scalpel or craft knife, lift the edges, apply paste and smooth down. __________________ things never turn out as good or as bad as you anticipated... |
