Heated Floor Tile

I'd like to install tile with electric heating underneath. It will be on top of existing concrete floor. Is there insulation that I can glue/epoxy to the concrete over which I can then lay the heating elements and then the tile? thanks.

Yes, but this is a UK website so the materials and standards here are not the same.

I know it's a UK site. But, I haven't really been able to find anything in the US and thought someone else may have some info or experience.

This is one of the products thats used in the UK

http://manual.knaufdrywall.co.uk/themanual/frameset.html?http://manual.knaufdrywall.co.uk/themanual/cgi-bin/product.cgi?productID=p60

Stick it to your concrete floor with flexible tile adhesive and then tile straight onto the top of it.
