electic power to garage
Reply with quote Thanks

Hiya to all,
I have a garden outside light which runs from a switched socket. I don\\\'t think I can have power run from this to my garage. But I do have unemployed wires in the kitchen which were for an electric cooker, the fuse is removed at the moment. Can these wires be used to provide electics to outside.
Appreciate any advice.
Regards Downey

Various factors involved. Try a search of the forum - this has been covered many times before. A lot depends on distance, existing cable, what power you actually need in the garage, and obviously your competency with electrics. You may want to read and take note of this. Important legal info regarding work of this nature!
