After reading a few of the questions that you received I''ve come to the conclusion that the motor coupler needs to be replaced. In your instructions on replacing the 3-piece coupler you say to "just pull off the plastic ends to reveal the screws that will allow the control panel to flip back", Are you talking about the triangular-shaped plastic ends (albeit the edge facing the front of the machine is rounded) that "bookend" the control panel? If so, I tried to "just pull them off" but they're pretty stubborn pieces of plastic! Should I just tear them off or is there a more civilized manner to perform this task?...Help!!
