laying ceramic tiles directly on to laminate floor

Is it possible to lay ceramic floor tiles directly on to a laminate floor and if so what adhesive etc is advised. Thank you for your help

Take it up and do the job properly, the laminate will likely have been laid on foam or other compressible material which will mak eit too flexible.
