Arcing light switch?
Reply with quote Thanks

I hear a popping noise coming from behind wall plate when I am turning on and off my light.
What causes this and how can I fix it?

Could be an echo? Or just try replacing the switch, it could be old and not working properly

May just be a loose wire, turn off at the distribution board, loosen the face plate and tighten all the connections.
