Electric Shower

Can someone tell me how easy it is to fit an electric shower please. I live in a fifth floor flat and have just had a new Combi-boiler fitted and would now like to put in a shower. Would there be a problem with pressure on an electric shower in a flat.
How much would a plumber/electrician charge roughly to fit.

id put a mixer on the combi if the water pipes are acessable,much better than any electric shower,ive just done it and its great!
