When I turn the hot water tap on in the bathroom after a minute or so there is a terrble humming noise that gets louder and louder and turns into a real bad loud noise. If I turn the cold water tap on in the sink it stops. I also have a similar problem when I turn the hot water tap on in the kitchen downstairs. What is the problem as my neigbours can hear it as well.
