Rusty wallpaper

have got rust marks coming through newly hung wallpaper,its come from rusty angle irons which were rubbed down and stain blocked.will these marks go ,if not whats the best way of sorting.cheers

Is it a paintable paper ?.. If so Id paint the iron stains with solvent based undercoat, feathering out to blend and emulsion again. If its a finished pattern, afraid the only option is to strip paper and paint the stains with something stronger than stain blocker.. usually solvent based undercoat or better some rust resisting metal primer...(not hammerite or anything glossy)
