mixer tap

please can someone help me, i have a mixer tap with shower. the shower pressure is great but it is taking about half an hour to fill the bath, i have taken the little black bit out of the tap to check for limescale but it is clean.

Bet you were tempted to put "what type of combi do you have?", CM?
