cooker cable and outlet

I have just bought a double oven built in cooker 4.7 - 5.1 KW 230-240V and gas hob, can you tell me what cable and outlet I need to buy so this is ready for the electrician,also the only remaining fuse is a 40A, is this ok. Thanks for your help.

Why you buying the bits for the Electrician thats his job? he will access your setup and tell you what you need. Make sure the firm is part P registered.
