Tap only been fitted a year, now leaking at the point where the swivel head sits on the pillar (not sure if terminology is correct). Can\\\'t get into the tap to see what the problem is. I can unscrew the cylindrical handle and there is a tiny screw inside which no allen key will move. No other screws anywhere in sight. Any suggestions/advice? Thanks.
