We have some old windows that have these locks on them and we do not have a key to open them. No previous owner has left the key and we are having a very hard time finding one of these keys so that we might open the windows. We need help finding one of these keys. |

The sash window locks i'm thinking of have a barrel section that screws into a receiving end in the other mullion.If this looks familiar to yours then try a small flat screwdriver and keep turning anti-clockwise and it should just unscrew with the right size driver.Good luck. |
