Mira shower tripping circuit breaker

My Mira shower has started tripping the circuit breaker. It does't trip the circuit breaker for the shower( yes it is connected) but taskes out all of the electrics.

What type of mira shower is it.

Any other info that may help

Does it trip staight away? etc etc

if it "takes out al the electrics" i will bet its the rcd that is tripping, how old is shower? probably time for new shower, electric showers do not last much more than 5 years

It does trip after a few seconds. The shower is probably about 5 yrs old. Why doesn't it just trip the shower RCD ?

you never said it had one, are you sure its not the shower MCB if it does it may be a 100mA rcd, but either way new shower required, get same as you have, nothing else to change then
