How do I pressure the Housing Association to retify a bellied drain on their property which I share with their tenant, my neighbour.
I have had Dyno Rod out to confirm.

Water is draining away slowly but no solid waste.

With many thanks.

Bellied pipe - a section of the pipe has sunk due to ground or soil conditions, creating a valley that collects paper and waste

Should have said PIPE not DRAIN, any better??

Get your neighbour to ring it in to the HA's office & get them to come out & fix it.

Have tried that but there response is "Well she is not complaining." This is because our houses are a little different ie my bathroom is at the back, her's is at the front which causes me problems first.
