reclaimed parquet flooring - gaps

I have just relaid an oak floor but there are small gaps around some of the blocks - is there a way of filling these - perhaps something you can mix with the sawdust prior to sanding down.

Try wood-filler from lecol (lecol7500) which you have to mix with sand-dust from the second sanding (grit 80). Fill the wider gaps first, then 'plaster' the rest of the floor with the mix. Let it dry (goes fairly quickly) and then sand again with grit 100 or 120
