How do you call them?

Hi there,
Sorry for probably a very silly question but I'm a bit lost. Need to buy "chrome wall outlets" to connect hot\cold water pipes to a wall hung basin. How do you call these things properly? Can't find them anywhere but one and only one action on ebay:

Thanks for reply but it's not the taps I'm after. Just found another picture,you can see them here:

Two small little things underneath the sink, next to the bottle trap.

It's a sort of continental service valve.
