Whats the best way to start when installing an oven hood. My inlaws have given me the hood and two peices of ducting, all with screw holes. I was thinking of measuring 750mm, then holding the hood, whilst penciling in the holes, then the same with the ducting.....sounds awkward though.

They usually come with a mounting template as part of the packaging. If that's not present then you'll need someone to give you a hand I would think. |

If it is a gas hob or cooker regs are actually 760mm. MI's override these though. Some can be dropped to 650mm. |
