Laying tiles on to bitumen??

I am planning to tile my kitchen floor with ceramic tiles. Will I be able to lay straight on to bitumen providing I PVA the floor prior to laying the adhesive? If so should I go for a concrete or wood floor adhesive??

There's no need to pva.
