Hi,
I wonder if anyone can give me some advice - I have a Vaillant combi boiler & a hand held shower attachment fitted to my bath taps. I want to install a proper shower on the wall over the bath and want it to be as powerful as possible. So I need to know what type of shower I can put in & which are the best ones to get?
My water is mains fed and both the cold and hot water pressure is weak throughout the house, although when using a combination of hot & cold through my shower attachment on the bath the pressure is not bad.
Any advice would be much appreciated - thank you! |

Any thermostatic shower.
You should be getting about 8-10 litres/minute with an ordinary sized combi, at thr bath hot tap. If not, something's wrong.
Which Vaillant is it?
Black panel, green knobs?
Lcd display?
two square gauges, one of which no longer works? |

Hiya,
I assume when you refer to the amount coming out of the bath hot tap this is how you measure your water pressure?
The boiler I have has a cream front with green dials & a digital display as you have described.
I'm going to go for a thermostatic mixer shower I think - alot of the ones I have looked at seem to be made expecially for combi boilers so I'll start researching which ones are best.
Thanks for your help |
