Hi, I've just had a plumber install a cold water pipe (into a cloakroom, which takes water in from the next door wash basin piping) in for my new Zanussi top loading washing machine.
The problem i have is that it sometimes (not always, which makes it even more baffling) the machine stops mid-cycle when it is about to rinse? i then have to manually move the cycle on for it to carry on, and even then, it will more often than not, complete the cycle WITHOUT any water entering it??? I am beginning to think that the cold water pipe must be blocked in some way, but would that explain why it works totally fine on occassions and then not at all on other occassions?? please help?
