Immediately immerse in cold water, leave in soak to remove as much of the colour as possible. Rub stain with neat washing up liquid and sponge off with cold water. If any stain still remains, article can be soaked in warm water containing biological detergent, preferably overnight, then wash as normal.
Rub neat washing up liquid into mark, carefully rinse off. Dry clean if stain persists.
