This can be done to a maximum width of 760mm, whilst its maximum shearing thickness is 1mm. This shear also comes fitted with a clamp bar for holding sheet metal in place and an adjustable backstop to measure the depth of cut. Metal folder: Ideal for folding and shaping sheet metal as a part of a production or manufacturing processes. Its maximum bending angle is 90° and its maximum bending thickness 1mm. This metal folding element is Perfect for creating steel box fabrications and enclosures for circuitry and electronics, and the adjustable folding formers allow for various sized items to be produced. Pyramid roller: Three adjustable pyramid rollers allow sheet metal to be bent and rolled repeatedly to a desired specification. The minimum rolling diameter is 39mm and the maximum rolling thickness is 1mm. Ideal for forming metal tubes, ducting and rings of varying thicknesses and diameters. A safety cover guard is included for added user safety. This 3-in-1 unit has a multi-function handle, fixed to the machine, which performs all three machine processes.
