If you have plugged in a Magic Eye to the 2nd output on your sky box and the 12v supply is not switched on:\
On the sky remote control press the services button.
Select option number 4 (System Setup)
Now - using the numerical keypad press 0 1 Select (do not use the up and down arrows to select option 1)
You should now be at the Installer Setup
Select option number 4
Change the RF Outlet Power Supply to ON
Select Save New Settings
Press the Sky button to exit
Note:
A magic eye or a compatible device must be connected before any TV, VCR, DVD recorder etc as the 12v supply from the sky box could cause damage.
If in doubt, consult the manufacturers instructions.
