I have this new boiler installed few months ago.
now I have something strange the boiler has to two temperature controls one for CH ( 30 °C - 75 °C ) and one for HW ( 35 °C- 65 °C ) when i set the controls at two different temperatures the boiler will go for the lower one to be more precise I set the CH at 45 °C and the HW at 60 °C the CH will work fine but the water dose not go hot enough to 60 °C it only heat to the CH temperature which 45 °C if I want the water to be hot I have to rise the CH to 60 °C . I have a programmer and a thermostat I set the HW on a timer and the CH on all day and let the thermostat control the CH .
My equation is this normal or there is something wrong with my boiler or installation . why the when set two different temperatures the boiler go for the lower one and don't operate separately ?
