Saw a production of Julius Caesar at Stratford when we were at school. Before that, was when my Mum took us to the panto starring Larry Grayson.

Out of Phantom and Les Mis, what's your favourite if you were forced to pick one?I've sat for longer in theatres than I have in front of the tellyvideo. I must've seen Phantom 20x & Les Mis just as many. Did you duck for the bullets too???
A few years ago I just happened to mention to the current Mrs Lard that Rocky was touring & my gob was utterly smacked by learning that she'd never seen it live. So you had the sight of 2x 50somethings showing the young 'uns how to dress appropriately for the occasion.
If you ever get the chance Slava's Snow Show really floats my boat
It's a fair enough comment, bits of it are like that.I would like to see Phantom but can't stand high-pitched screeching in some of the songs. Got the CD in my car and when the screechy bits start I flip to the next track.

Ha,ha! I went dressed in basque and fishnets but couldn't find size 12 high heels, so wore Docs.Thank you for reminding me that we saw that in Halifax maybe 20 years back... it was a bit odd being in an audience almost surrounded by people in basques, stockings and high heels (both sexes). Rollocking good night's entertainment with massive audience participation, though!
