Assuming the toilet was a council run facility, a person could make a claim if the council endorsed the female toilet being used by men.

The rights of one group cannot be prioritised over the other.

from the link:
The same force provoked outrage last month when officers arrested a 16-year-old autistic girl in Leeds for suggesting that a short-haired police officer resembled her 'lesbian nana'. Viral footage showed seven officers manhandling the girl, who cried out in distress as they took her into custody for a suspected 'homophobic public-order offence'. The case was later dropped.

Harry Miller, a former police officer, last night accused the officers of 'thought policing'. He set up the free-speech group Fair Cop after he was investigated in 2019 for posting a limerick on social media suggesting that transgender women are still men. The case was later dropped and he won a High Court case against Humberside Police.

The tail appears to be wagging the dog.

My niece has disabilities and she likes to mimic the head bobbing that some Indians do. It can be quite embarrassing, particularly as you cannot always tell she has learning difficulties.

SB doesn't want the police to investigate NCHI?
What was the point of creating the classification of NCHI?
On the one hand, we have many saying thjat the police should engage with their community, but when they do, the SB tells them they shouldn't.

If the toilet is a single sex area, then trans genders can use the toilet with which they feel conforms to their gender.
Sure a person could make a claim, they could make a claim for anything they fancy, falling over the kerb, driving through a pothole, having to walk up a stair, open windows, sticky doors, queues at a shop, it's raining, it's not raining, etc. The success is not guaranteed.

The rights of one group cannot be prioritised over the other.
Precisely. The rights of one minority cannot be prioritsed over another minority. There is no heirarchy of rights.

How is this relative in a discussion about NCHI and transgenders?

No obligation to enter into a discussion.
I would imagine a discussion might be necessary for the recording of a NCHI, even if it is a one-sided conversation.
I would imagine there is an obligation to inform someone if they are being recorded for a NCHI.

BTW, a man is not a woman.
Trans women are recognised as women.
The following is a quote from a leading feminist web site.
The Equality Act 2010 forbids discrimination (in various different contexts) on grounds of gender reassignment. That means that in those contexts where the Act has effect (employment, provision of public services, education etc.), it’s mostly unlawful to treat a person less favourably than you’d treat other people because they are proposing to undergo, are undergoing or have undergone “a process (or part of a process) for the purpose of reassigning the person’s sex by changing physiological or other attributes of sex.” If a person is somewhere on that path, it doesn’t matter whether they’ve got a GRC or not: they’re entitled anyway not to suffer discrimination on grounds of gender reassignment. There are some necessary exceptions, but in general it’s obviously right that there should be a legal prohibition against discrimination on this ground.

However women do not feel the same about men in their loos. Double standards you might say but it’s their choice.
It's not double standards, it's just a personal preference.

If a women doesn’t want a “trans women “ to use their loo it doesn’t make them a TERF.
Who said it did?
Do you understand the meaning of TERF? It looks like you don't.

Dude would have used the men’s loo before the change so what is he/she’s problem now.
He/she is no longer a dude. How would you know if he/she was confident and comfortable using a men's/women's loo, prior to the transgender.

Stop trying to change the world because you don’t want to fit in it. Just be flexible and adapt.
Stop trying to foment violence, damage to public infrastructure and hate because you don't agree with it.
Just be flexible and adapt.

Roy Bloom. Are you currently on medication for any type of mental health condition???

Serious question, because I think you should be & I'm reaching out as a humanitarian. You are displaying many of the signs of a very treatable condition which you may not be aware of.
If you were such a great humanitarian and truly worried about another's mental health, you would have quietly messaged him privately, not made a big deal of mentioning it in front of everyone else.

Why did you do it that way?

Did you want to collect some kind of kudos?

It backfired.

I am under no obligation to enter into a discussion, nor to let an officer into my home to harangue me.

It is not necessary to ME.

"Sex" and "Gender" are not the same thing.

You have constructed a sentence to falsely pretend that they are.

Strangely (?) Roy posted a partial quote that omits the answer. He accidentally (?) Gave a false and misleading impression.

So in a spirit of helpful co-operation, I will do it for him. Quoting from the link he provided.

Can anyone guess what it is?

Can I ask a question about something I’ve seen claimed many times (including by senior politicians) – “the law states that transwomen are women.” Does the law actually say this?
The short answer is no: the law doesn’t define the terms “transwoman” or “trans woman” at all.

I will repeat that.

"The short answer is no"
