No you haven’t not once have you shown me text from the abortion act that says two doctors must approve the abortion.

There is no requirement for the criteria to be met in good faith. The requirement is for the opinion that the woman’s case meets the criteria and that opinion to be formed in good faith.

By signing, they are giving their approval of something.

When a witness signs as a witness on a Will.

They are "approving" (to maintain the terminology in debate in this thread) that they are bearing witness. Nothing else.

Agree though the word gender seems to have changed meaning since this law passed.

The reality is this.

It’s not explicitly excluded, but I understand that the department for health has suggested since, that they do not believe it meets the lawful grounds. Of course it’s not for them to be judge and jury.
