She doesn't or rather it looks unlikely, which is why starmy can credibly say this is all smears; there are questions being asked but that is not the same as an investigation which finds evidence. I doubt the toreys hold any information which would change that. If it does change she will be dropped like a stone, unless the leader calculates it will be seriously electorally damaging to sack her, which is doubtful given the subject matter.

As with all accounts of dishonesty, it's not the dishonesty, but the cover up. She has certainly made it worse by refusing to publish the advice she took, leading to speculation that her financial advisor was indeed Diane abacus
Kier Starmer says his 'team' has seen the advice, but he hasn't, deeming it unnecessary.

No problem with her being fined or sacked or any other punishment if she is found guilty.
