Yes he said the people who died “had no common sense” in other words he called them thick.

99% of people are conditioned to, and will, follow instructions from authorities.

Generally speaking when I give a safety brief, I invite challenge if someone feels there is a safety issue. Better to be challenged than make a mistake that’s causes an injury or worse.
 
Isn’t it odd that all the experts have enough info to conclude she misunderstood the rules but the lefties pretend otherwise.
