What's' L1 and L2 - are these labelled on the inside of the switch?

I think this is fairly simple, but I don't know the answer - I have a 3 gang 2 way light switch unit, and as "normal" the first two switches are in the "up" position for off and "down" for on, however the third switch is the wrong way round for on and off - how do I correct this ? thanks

How does one go about getting an unvented water system installed - is it expensive - can I have it in my flat, even if the mains supply also supplies another flat above. I'm trying to eliminate the need for tanks and free up some space in my bathroom. Presumable I would still need a hot water...
