I have a swivel head mixer tap thats dripping after a new combi was installed. I took the handles off and removed valves from hot and cold.Ceramic discs and everything else seemed fine. put back together and still dripping??

There is hot water coming out of the overflow pipe from the cold water cistern that feeds the hot water. it is not coming from the vent pipe or from the ball valve so I assume it is coming back up through the cold feed?? i can try draw the system but there are 2 cylinders 3 cisterns and a f+e...
